The Office of Curriculum, Instruction and Special Programs exists to ensure that all students in Lorena ISD receive a rigorous and relevant 21st Century education. All curriculum is aligned to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills which can be found for each subject and grade level on the Texas Education Agency website.
Instructional Materials Access for Parents
In an effort to maintain transparency and in accordance with HB 1605, Lorena ISD will provide access to parents to review all teaching and instructional materials (with the exception of tests or graded assignments that have not yet been administered).
For your convenience, the following document lists all adopted instructional materials for the district. Additionally, the document contains links to the publisher websites (when available) for you to gather more information about each resource. For further review, please contact your campus principal to request access.
